SHIPPING
Orders generally take 1 business day to process (on rare occasion orders may take up to 3 business days to process).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If we receive your returned merchandise within 15 days of the date you received your order, we'll be happy to offer a full refund for the original purchase amount.
- Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed.
- All merchandise must be returned with the original packing slip.
- All apparel must be returned in their with the original tags attached. Any items with torn off tags are non-returnable.
Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items to our warehouse. The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement.
Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
However, we do accept exchanges for a sale item that needs to be replaced with the same item in a different size.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?
When returning an item in the mail, it is advisable to return your items in an insured, traceable method to guarantee a safe delivery. Sweet Gisele does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail. If you're shipping fragile items such as mugs, please make sure to package it securely with at least the same level of padding you received it in. Exchanges are available if you ordered the wrong size but can only be exchanged with the same item number in a different size. Exchanges and returns are not available for final sale or clearance items.
We do not accept COD deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not accept returns for goods shipped out of the USA.
International orders are shipped via USPS International First-class mail.
